Buckhead Business Association Welcomes New Board of Directors for 2016
The Buckhead Business Association (BBA) will officially announced new members to its Board of Directors this month. The members will assume their roles at the end of January and will serve in their leadership positions until January 2017.
David Coxon of Georgia Primary Bank will serve as the 2016 president. Barry Hundley of the Atlanta Children’s Shelter will serve as the president-elect.
Scott Reiser of Adapting Technologies will serve as secretary and Harold Putnam of Regions Bank will serve as treasurer. Greg Davis of Metcalf Davis CPAs is the organization’s immediate past president.

Mary Robinson of Regions Bank will serve as president of Youngbucks, an organization geared toward young professionals under 35 years old. Rick Hamilton of REMAX of Metro Atlanta, Randall Bird of Georgia Power and Leigh Clack of the Fryer Law Firm will serve as directors for 2016.
“We’re excited about this new board and all the diverse skills they bring to the table,” said Smita Solanki, executive director of the BBA. “The new Board has a number of exciting new ideas, and we’re optimistic 2016 will be the best year yet for the BBA.”
Fulton County Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedfordwill swear in members of the board during the organization’s March 3 breakfast meeting at the City Club of Buckhead. Former Atlanta Mayor Sam Massell is slated to give his annual “State of Buckhead” address that morning.
The business organization holds breakfast meetings at 7:30 a.m. most Thursday mornings at the City Club of Buckhead. Meetings feature a business, political or civic leader as a speaker, and topics usually include leading issues within the Buckhead community and Atlanta as a whole.
