Welch, Wilkinson, Fennel win in Smyrna

SMYRNA — The Official Election Results of the Dec. 6 runoff in Smyrna:

• Smyrna City Council Ward 4: Charles “Corkey” Welch – with 56.4 percent of the vote
• Smyrna City Council Ward 5: Susan D. Wilkinson with 56.5 percent of the vote
• Smyrna City Council Ward 7: Ron Fennel with 54.6 percent of the vote
