Trump team releases list of foreign leaders who have offered congratulations to Trump, Pence

Following reports foreign leaders were unable to connect with President-elect Donald J. Trump and Vice President-elect Mike Pence, the Trump transition team today released a list of foreign leaders who have offered their congratulations on Trump and Pence winning the election.

The 29 leaders are:

  • Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Australia, Malcolm Turnbull
  • Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau
  • President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping
  • President of Colombia, Juan Manuel Santos Calderón

  • Prime Minister of Denmark, Lars Løkke Rasmussen
  • Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Dr. Angela Merkel
  • President of France, François Hollande
  • Prime Minister of Ireland, Enda Kenny
  • Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu
