Atlanta tech company president heads up GTA’s bylaws committee

Mitch Skyer, president of Passio Technologies, has been named chairman of the Bylaws Committee for the Georgia Transit Association (GTA).

In the role, Skyer is responsible for making sure the GTA’s board adheres to all rules during its meetings. The committee is also responsible for managing any proposed changes to the organization’s rules.

Based in Griffin, GTA is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving public transportation in the state of Georgia. The organization provides a forum for agencies to exchange ideas and best practices and also advocates for legislation.

Skyer has been President of Atlanta-based Passio since 2010 and Solstice Transportation Group since 2007.
