Clemency denied for Warren Lee Hill

ATLANTA — Georgia’s Board of Pardons and Paroles has voted to deny clemency for Warren Lee Hill.

Hill is set to be executed at 7 p.m. tonight. His attorneys claim he is mentally challenged.
