Charter admits issues with its Internet service

Charter Communications is having issues with its internet service in at least part of the Metro Atlanta area, but a company representative could not say when the outage would be fixed.

The company’s internet service has been spotty since its digital conversion last month. It’s not exactly clear what caused the issue or whether it was actually connected to the digital conversaion.
