President Obama’s policies, from spending to regulations to taxes, are making it difficult for many Americans to find work, one Georgia Congressman said on Labor Day.
“On Labor Day, we celebrate the workers of our country and thank them for their hard work and willingness to make our country a stronger and better place,” U.S. Rep. Paul Broun, R-Ga., said in a statement. “Unfortunately, for many of those working or seeking to find work, our current Administration’s out-of-control spending, onerous regulations, and stifling taxes are hurting our economy and making it harder for Americans to find full-time work.
“Right now, Obamacare is one of the biggest job killers in our nation, and I’m fighting with every fiber to repeal it in full,” Broun added. “It’s time we put a stop to these wrong-headed big government policies, and work to create an environment that will actually benefit American labor and encourage free enterprise, as intended by our Founding Fathers.”
