Deal appoints Hagler to head banking and finance

He has completed numerous courses, classes and seminars offered by the FDIC, the Federal Reserve, the FFIEC and CSBS. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Auburn University and also holds the Certified Examination Manager designation from the Conference of State Bank Supervisors.
