Fox News: Romney wins in Georgia

ATLANTA — Georgia voters on Tuesday picked former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney for president, an expected outcome in red state Georgia, Fox News reported.

According to the Secretary of State’s office, Romney held a 2-1 lead over Obama by about 8 p.m.

Georgia has been a consistent state for Republicans. Bill Clinton in 1992 is the last Democrat to win Georgia.
