Cowsert to introduce call for convention

ATLANTA – State Sen. Bill Cowsert, R-Athens, will hold a press conference today to introduce SR 673, which calls on the United States Congress to hold a convention to propose a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.
