Ga. PAP won’t reconsider Davis appeal

ATLANTA — The state’s Board of Pardons and Paroles won’t reconsider its decision to deny clemency for Troy Anthony Davis, the agency said Wednesday.

Davis is scheduled to be executed at 7 p.m. tonight.
