McCain, Obama Sweep Potomac Primary

WASHINGTON — Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., has swept the Democratic Potomac Primary in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Republican Sen. John McCain, of Arizona, was projected to win the states.

McCain defeated former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee in a hard fought primary, even though McCain was originally expected to win in a landslide.
